The positive energy I receive from my students and clients when we practice Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation gives me an endless thirst for knowledge. I strive to attain innovative ways to convey different approaches to good health through healing arts as well as administer healing energy through Reiki.  The gratitude I feel to the people who attend my classes encourages me to go one step further in any way possible.  If there are a few free moments during the day, you can rest assured I'll be reading the latest publication or studying a new form to introduce.  I love using music in my classes to motivate, and invigorate as well as relax and calm the mind.  It's fun to apply a new spin to something  whether it's through music, or humor or chatting it up!  There is so much to learn and so much to share. 
I believe that "Balance is the key to happiness" in everything I try to accomplish.
