"Dynamic Inner Strength"
has helped me in ways I didn't expect. I never really spent much time on
flexibility training. When I first began, I struggled with some of the
movements and wasn't entirely comfortable. However, very soon, I
began to notice where I was flexible or tight and where I was weak or
strong. This is the first part of the body awareness that is crucial for
success - you really start to listen to what your body tells you.
As I continued, movements that were once challenging became almost
effortless. The power of this program became clear when I noticed myself
moving easier first in class and then in real life. The first time I
performed a movement which was previously difficult and was suddenly
easier, I felt my confidence soar. It helps give you a strong, capable
body. It makes you fit for real life. Jan's smooth teaching style and
thorough explanations helped give me the confidence to challenge myself.
